2025 20th Humanities Week

The 2025 Humanities Week, themed "Reconnecting – Linking Communities and Society through Humanities," provides an opportunity to reconsider the value of relationships and connections in our lives from a humanities perspective. Twenty-nine universities and research institutes nationwide share the fruits of accumulated humanities research with citizens, aiming to rediscover the meaning of community and create opportunities for recovery through local and everyday stories. This Humanities Week features diverse programs including lectures, exhibitions, performances, and field trips, allowing citizens to experience humanities naturally and accessibly. Through these programs, visitors gain the opportunity to reflect on the world around us from a humanities perspective and develop a deeper understanding of communal values and the meaning of harmony in living together.
